Content Retainer for high-volume video marketing strategy

After initially working with Featurespace on a one-off project basis, their marketing team expressed an interest in establishing an ongoing monthly video subscription to streamline the video production process alongside us, as their sole video supplier.

We worked with them to forecast our pipeline of projects for the year ahead and then used that anticipated volume of upcoming projects to settle on a monthly retainer fee. We developed new project request forms which connected directly with our project management software (thereby streamlining the initial phases of every project) and scheduled quarterly planning meetings to ensure that we were driving our pipeline of projects forward. Featurespace also received a designated project manager who worked alongside various contacts with their company to ensure that each department was being catered for.

The result was to remove friction within the video production process, speed up implementation, and therefore allow for more of their marketing and communications to be amplified by the power of video.
